Why I Walk This Path

I am not a guru on a mountain. I am a mother, a survivor, and a bridge between worlds.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Alternative Medicine and am an Advanced Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher.

I earned these degrees because I needed to understand the science behind healing. I combine this academic background with the wisdom of my lineage to help you bring peace to not just your spirit, but your nervous system.
